I can’t really believe I’m doing this. I was debating on writing a review September 4th (the day I got my nails done here) and today is September 11th *EXACTLY 1 WEEK only*. but, now today i’m sure on my review. Not only is this the worst part, but it was my first time coming to vann nails, my pedicure was great. I paid almost $200 for me and my little baby sister +$15 tip. We had to come back the same day (Sept.4) only to confront them about how they made my sister bleed and got hair in her nails. Didn’t even bother to ask to fix or apologize. Just “I DONT CARE 3x from the lady” I didn’t want to cause any more trouble so I didn’t write my review that day. But, it’s only been a week and our nails are already chipping off. Today I woke up to scratch my head and this happened. I was going thinking about coming back to get another pedicure because they sent me a 10% off discount for my birthday on the 18th. But, i’m very disappointed… My nails should have at least lasted 2 weeks… and I asked the women to please politely let me know if you’re going to charge me extra for a shape of nails. The staff wasn’t really understanding and nice to us, and I’m also asian. This is awfully sad and it’s sad to say they are not recommended. The man who did my nails also seemed like he had difficulty with my nail shape I wanted and kind of had a rude attitude. It’s sad how the younger employees did better.

Let me start by saying that it took me a long time to find a nail salon that I enjoying going to. The first few times going was fine, I shared a few laughs with the technicians and customers. But every time it seemed like I was getting charged more and more for the same services I always get (a pedicure and acrylics). Yesterday was the last straw for me. I walked out with a $95 charge for something that usually would have costed me $65-$70. I have never even paid $95 for something that had a design or gems on and this set did not have any of that. Not only that, but the little punch card they give you where on the 5th punch you get $5 off, they wouldn’t give me the discount, said that it was for the 6th time, and didn’t even give me my punch card back! The woman proceeded to show me pictures of the long nails with designs on them that she was doing next to me on a young lady saying they were $80, which shocked me even more, why was her full set CHEAPER than mine with mine being so simple. I left the building crying because I was so infuriated and upset. The young lady told me that her nails usually only cost $60 and was charged $80 this time. I am just so taken back that I was literally charged $95 for my services.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe reviews did NOT disappoint, everyone was super nice and didn’t try to force me to talk which I lovee, lol and these are gorgeous yes it did take about 2 hours but the majority of the time was spent very carefully filing my nails to the right shape at some point a nice older woman even came over and did some more precise shaping and smoothing and even filed the undersides to make sure there were no loose files pieces or glue clumps they are sooo nice and very comfortable!! Hoping these last longer than the other place I went to lol I may have just found my new nail salon!!Only complaints I have are small:-I asked for my natural nails to not be trimmed as I am trying to grow them out but maybe she didn’t hear me?-The polish seems to be a tad more of a reddish orange than the picture I showed but I did ask for glossy instead of matte (which dulls colors) so that one might be on me-The last is about the stickers, There are some teeny air bubbles around the edges of them not very noticeable tho!! I’m the baby sister. I am also here to write my review. It was my birthday and my sister wanted to pay to get me and my sis nails and feet done. They ripped us off big time. We could tell they just want their money, and genuinely don’t care about their customers as people and it’s crazy. The women cut my nails before I even could say, I thought you were able to pick how long you wanted your nails to be. My nail tech of 4year recently moved from Cabot. I’ve been trying different locations, no luck sadly . While I visited this place I finally liked the shaping and the really nice lady that did my designs was so awesome I was able to overlook the rudeness of Lee and still left a $20 tip. Hopefully when I go back the service will be almost perfect . Obsessed w/ nails and I’m a great client.

Absolutely the worst experience. Nail tech did not know what he was doing. Nails broke off before he even finished the powder dip. I asked to just take them off. The whole store ignored me. The nail tech went on to file my cuticle until it bleed he rubbed shaving into it and starting filing again. Got argued with that it was nothing. 30 minutes later nails are removed incomplete. And the other nail tech opened my cuticle again. But yeah merry Christmas

Went and got my nails done and the nail guy was not nice had to tell him time and time again that was not the right color and one of my nails fell off and went back to get it replaced and they replaced it but was mean about it and that night at work the same nail fell off. Pedicure
