Excellent!! So, so happy with this salon. Stopped in for the first time today for a mani/pedi and they really took their time! Prices were great. Service was kind and sanitary (the plastic liners in the foot baths were a nice touch). Could not have asked for a better job!

Critical: QualityMy nails were horrible everyone a different length and shape. Didn’t even cover my whole natural nail. They were very brittle and one broke the very next day. Wasn’t even close to what I asked for. Waste of $50 just to turn around and have to spend $50 at a better salon. Never again. GO TO ZAZA NAILS IN GLEN CARBON!!Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Worst looking set of nails I’ve ever gotten done. Anywhere else I’ve ever gone they have trimmed the cuticle down and made the nail bed look nice. Not here. The nails are oddly shaped and the simple polish I wanted is horrible. I’ll be going elsewhere to get them reshaped and polished correctly tomorrow. So disappointed.

Best nails i have ever had done. Many people have asked if they are real. They have lasted a month and just now showing wear and I live on a farm and do a lot of work with my hands. Loved the people here too.

They’re nice enough but the nail tech left my daughter’s acrylics looking ragged. I think I would have done better. They really look uneven, and awful. They’re not even glued on straight. We will not be back.

Sam did my pedi and did a great job- and Van’s Mom did my mani- flawless! I got the color changing gel for both- and it has lasted me 3 1/2 weeks before a small chip appeared on one of my nails. I’m used to it lasting about 2 weeks elsewhere. Since we recently moved to the area from Miami Florida, Van Nails will definitely be my home nail shop.

Took a hour and a half to get dip nails. The gentleman doing my nails left me soaking my hands in acetone for 30 minutes to go work on someone else. Kept jumping back and forth between me and another customer and in the end it’s the worst manicure I have ever gotten. Polish is up over my cuticles and edges are very uneven, had to ask him to remove the excess material that built up underneath my nails after he was done. Will never go back to van nails.
