She listen, asked questions and boy did she do a great hair cut and perm. I got the volume I needed without having to spend forever for the upkeep. She took off 11 inches of hair and Bam…I feel like a new person. Thank you Val.

I went in for a bang trim and styling and asked for my bangs to be cut to where my eyes are and if I wanted them any shorter I would let my stylist know. However I still ended up with my bangs above my eyebrows which I did not ask for so now they are too short and not how I wanted them at all. I was also allowed out of my appointment with hair all over my face still instead of it being cleaned off….

If you are looking for top notch, knowledgeable people who care about the health of your hair, you need to come here. Val has cared for my hair in all its different conditions and has done a superb job. I experienced hair loss and other issues due to medical conditions and she has been with me through it all! The stylists here have a terrific knowledge base for coloring, special treatments and more. Alyssa is the nail tech and she does a lovely job on my toes everytime! They have message therapy available as well by a very highly qualified therapist. Stop by and talk to them. Val, Marie or Kim will take good care of your hair. They do great military cuts also and are right by base!

Another salon had completely messed up on my cut and perm. Kim took a lot of time with the consultation and she did a great job, and I love what she did. It’s been nearly a month, and I am as happy now as I was when I walked out of the salon!

This is my second time going and it has been the same exact service every time. They’re absolutely lovely and on top of that they listen to what I wanted and gave me what I asked. I have gone to a couple other salons in the area and have walked out unsatisfied. I’m so glad that I found this place because I’m very specific on what I want and I’m okay with. My favorite part about today’s trip was that they we’re respectful of my needs and I walked out feeling much better then when I came in. I hope you enjoy them just as much as I have.

I love Val’s! The worst part about moving is (arguably) funding “the one” you trust with your locks… thankfully, I found Marie here practically immediately after moving to the Goldsboro area! I’ve been in to see her several times now, and have had a pleasant experience each time! My kiddos have recently starting going here too, and they’re happy with their service as well.
