My GF and I had the athletic deep tissue massages here. My massage therapist was Murad, who put me through one of the most intense and therapeutic deep tissue massage experiences I’ve ever had. I told him I wanted strong pressure and deep stretching and he more than delivered. After so often being disappointed by overly soft massages, it was refreshing to get true deep tissue work that released impinged muscles, taxes stuff joints, and overall left me feeling far more limber, with improved range of motion and less stiffness and pain. The massage itself was painful at times but it was the sort of good and necessary pain to get maximum therapeutic benefit from this sort of treatment. If you’re in Miami and want a massage experience that does far more for you than just providing relaxation, you should go here and ask for Murad. As someone who has had many massages all over the world, I can say wit confidence that you will not be disappointed.

My favorite spa ever. I say this only because I’ve had the best facials here. Literally my face was glowing like two days later. Too bad the lady that did my facials no longer work here but the quality of work was amazing. I remember feeling so relaxed that I fell into a deep sleep The Spa and facials here are definitely not cheap. At least $200 is the minimum spend but it’s worth it

My Experience: My masseuse asked me before the massage if there are any areas that I would like her to avoid/pain points that I would like her to focus on. For the focus area, I mentioned I always have an ache on my left shoulder. I also told her I do not enjoy massages from the waist down so I asked her to spend minimal time there. She spent about half the time on my legs and feet and did not spend any extra time on my left shoulder. I get deep tissue massages to relieve this particular pain and did not get enough out of this massage for full relief.
