Stefiny goes above and beyond her duties as an aesthetician. I always know that I am in good hands. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She takes the time to individualize treatments and is always available to answer any questions. Working with her has always been a positive experience and has led to significant improvements in my skin. The atmosphere and customer service at the spa is excellent.

I went for a straightforward facial to treat myself, I’ve had a handful in my lifetime at various local places to know enough, including nodding along through the lecture of ‘routine skin therapies’. Don’t know how many times I could have said that I have 3 kids so this only happens every few years… but she proceeded to lecture on. The woman was confident in her beauty-school best practices and had alot to say. I thought that would be the end of my complaint for a mediocre facial, but unfortunately to my surprise when she gave me the bill, she had charged me for dermabrasion. Thinking back to the facial I guess she did use a tool for a few small strokes, but never informing me there was an additional cost; what I already felt was on the high side for my budget, ended up being way worse. The kicker was, when I got home I found road rash marks on the exact few spots she had used that tool on.

This is the best place for microderms and peels. I have gone to other doctor affiliated spas for these treatments and they do not compare with Vallon. I would not go to any other. The aestheticians are absolutely wonderful. They are knowledgeable, professional and caring. Stephany is extremely conscientious about giving you the best possible treatment and products. I have been going to Vallon for the past several years and my complexion looks fresh and young. I just went for my yearly wellness visit and am approaching a major birthday. My PC commented that I do not look my age and am aging gracefully. I don’t get any injections or fillers only the peels and microderms and get these compliments!
