Todd was amazing! From the start he was so welcoming. He explained everything he was going to do and focused heavily on my areas of concern. He was so inviting the entire time it was like you’d known him your entire life. It’s the best massage I’ve gotten in the tri-cities. I will definitely return and recommend!

The place was fabulous. Deep tissue massage with Todd for 60 minutes was beyond incredible. Went in wound tight from stress and spilled off the table when done. Very few men can turn me into a pool of jello! I was so relaxed I floated over to my next appointment and Diana did not disappoint! Her deep cleansing facial took care of all the “mask” blemishes I am now getting at 52. My skin looks and feels wonderful. She also did a brow wax and sculpt and I am very pleased with that. They were the bomb. This place is a must for any hard working woman who deserves a lil me time once in awhile. They are well worth the very reasonable investment in your skin health, stress management, and mental well being.

Had a wonderful day at the spa with my boo Mandi Russell . It was weird because we didn’t see each other from noon until 4. So if you’re looking for a true friends day ( which is what we thought we were getting ) at the spa don’t go to Valley Ridge. The staff there however is amazing and took great care of us. The massage and facial where perfect ( Dianna was the best part !!! She loves doing skin care and her customers ) ! We had our nails and toes done as well. I will say I was most disappointed with that part. They only had one girl doing it so we had to wait on each other to have the others done and after a long day that was really just not pleasant . I also feel like because she was alone our pedis where rushed and not that great. I get them often and for this to be “ deluxe “ it seemed very basic. Due to that I didn’t get my toes painted and ended up having my husband pick me up early because I was cold and tired of sitting there plus we were starving. All in all though it was a super great day of pampering. It was her first time ever at a spa so I’m glad she had a wonderful time. Next time we know to book at a larger location ( Bristol ) or use this location for just personal services.

Diana is amazing!! The first time I came I had someone else and she didn’t do everything she was supposed too so I was very disappointed. The main reason I scheduled a facial was for extractions, but Jessica did not do it even though I asked and it’s included. So the next time I went to Diana and she’s great!! She definitely makes it worth it, and I would not go to anyone other than Diana. So if you’re scheduling an appointment, pick Diana!
