The Services performed was terrible! The Young lady was angry after learning that I wanted regular polish instead of Gel Polish! She did My Toes Sloppy, and With The Worst Polish In Her Shop! No Nail Clear Coat! Rush Job! Messy Work! I Do Not Recommend! Not Satisfied! Poor Quality Work! Many People Had A Long Wait Before Any Services Was Render! Overall Experience Was Unbelievable And Horrible!

Critical: QualitySo I got my nails done here twice the first time I got black coffin acrylic nails the lady went to but my design on all I aske for was the letter “a” in white! She started adding more lines and junk around the letter THIS I DID NOT ASK FOR! But before I could speak it was on my nails. Walked in there and was seated immediately. Great right ? Well. They were extremely rough. Made 3 of my fingers bleed. Extremely messy. My friend came with me and her nails look absolutely awful !! They rushed. She has bubbles under the polish on her nails, and some of them are even crooked. I do not recommend coming here. At all. Honestly wasn’t worth $70. It seriously looks like a toddler tried doing our nails. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.

Have someone a pedicure then proceeded to an entire full set for someone that got there after me so after two hours of waiting I get my fill in& obviously I’m ready to just get my fill in and leave…. After leaving, I notice my nails look like I need another fill in and she didn’t even do the top coat!!! Only reason I stayed was bc I needed to do business in them at area. I will never be back

I have visited this place twice in the past 3 days. The first day, I went and got individual lashes put on by Miss Kim and she applied so much glue that they were hard and could not Flex with my eye yet she told me then they will loosen up by tomorrow. I came back 2 Days Later to get them removed and sat in the store from 10:30 a.m. until 1:09 p.m. with Solution on my eyes trying to dissolve the glue that she applied. In the process of removing my false individual lashes Kim removed my real eye lashes and caused my top lid to swell up. To help the swelling Kim suggested to drop artificial tears into my eye and hold a cold rag on my face. I will never visit them again.

Horrible service. My nails were horrible. Did not clean my nails up after placing the solar acrylic. Did not file nail properly and also placed to much gel paint with n my nails. I went to another salon and they ask me who did my nails and they told me she did a horrible job and that everyone is not made to do nails and they were correct. Once the guy started to shape up my nails, which took a while they looked so much better.
