My first massage here was great. They do have evening and weekend hours. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, I have have had back to back massages cancelled by the clinic due to therapists calling out. Been a different therapist each time. I get things happen, but my extremely positive first experience is more of a distant memory now. They have been polite and offered to reschedule. I might at some point, but the multiple back to back cancelled appointments is a little fresh.

Very charming employees and nice relaxing environment. Jenessa was my massage therapist and I went in for a deep tissue massage. I was hunched forward and my entire back was in pain. I did two sessions and it has made a world of difference! Appointments are super reasonable price and well worth every penny. Highly recommend them if you having any muscle issues.

I highly recommend Valley Massage Clinic. My first visit was a gift to myself and my mom for Mother’s Day. They greeted us warmly, made us feel comfortable, and took us to our separate rooms. I had Paul for a hot stone massage, and it was perfect. My mom had the same experience with hers. I enjoyed it so much, I scheduled a couple’s hot stone massage the day before my wedding to work out any lingering wedding planning stress my fiance and I had. Again I had Paul and it was incredibly relaxing. We had so much fun getting our massages in the same room at the same time. That was six months ago and my husband stills talks about how much he enjoyed it.

I loved this place at first! Marlene is excellent! I started with a Groupon and was hooked. I’ve tried several techniques. Offering the different modalities is wonderful. Marlene treated my sciatica, and pain in my shoulders, neck, and back from herniated discs and two neck surgeries by positioning me on my side! Absolute genius!!! No one had ever done that before!! The stretching and increased mobility was wonderful. Not an instant cure-all, of course, they aren’t magicians, but I’m feeling much better every session. I went back for another massage with Tonya and she was outstanding, too! Unfortunately, I won’t go back because a person there gives a special “deep tissue” style that I would avoid if you have a significant other. It’s really too bad but I’m sure that’s a great service for some.

My experience from the time I walked into the clinic was one of professionalism and the staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and warmly decorated. The massage therapist conversed with me a few minutes about specific areas I wanted worked on in the session. The massage was professional and a very relaxing experience. I would certainly recommend the clinic.

They take insurance. Fairly quick to get an appointment. I told them I had shoulder issues from a surgery. Spent the whole hour pummeling that shoulder even after I said it was hurting. Didnt “even out” the massage to other side or neck or back. I Work construction and had to call in sick next day because I couldn’t even put my shirt on. Other reason for low rating was dirty table. Head rest had stains on it you could see under the paper protector. Arm rest had visible hand and finger prints all over it. I’m not a clean freak but was kinda gross.
