I have been going to Valley Cosmetic Laser Center for 7 years and have always received wonderful care. The doctors and staff are so knowledgeable and customize every skin care treatment. There are so many different laser technologies out there and they are not always safe for different skin types. I feel so comfortable that they will always select the right one for my skin type. I appreciate the fact that they will be honest if they think something I was interested in would not be good for my skin.

I was told that I was unable to receive an IPL treatment due to being Asian. When I initially called to make my appointment I disclosed both my full name and skin type and was not told that I would be turned down until I was there in person. I know many people who are Asian that have received IPL treatments so I feel that it is unfair that I had to drive all the way there to be turned down for the service I paid for.
