While visiting family in Prescott Valley I went in for a much needed massage and received one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had. I was having some serious back spasms and Jonathan was the first person to not only relieve me of them but he also explained to me where they stemmed from. Now I feel I am better equipped to prevent them from getting so bad again. I had such great results from my first massage I had to go back for another before I flew back to Oregon. I will definitely return to Valhalla Bodywork’s on my next visit to Arizona.

While on vacation I mentioned that I needed a massage. My sister recommended Valhalla bodyworks. I went online and made an appointment. The office was warm and inviting. Jonathan the massage therapist was kind and professional. I thought I would get a regular massage but I actually got far more benefit and lasting pain relief than I expected.
