Valerie is good at marketing herself but bad at hair in my experience. I had to pay a much more experienced stylist to fix the poor color application done by Valerie. I was told by 2 other stylists that Valerie’s work is amateur and was not applied nor processed properly. I requested a refund of some kind but was ignored by Valerie. I would suggest exploring other options for your hair coloring needs.

I have finally found the perfect hair stylist, for me. I actually went to Chattanooga trying to find someone and now so thankful that I have her and she is amazing. She seems to always know just what I need, whether it be hair cut, style, highlights. Her name is Valerie Waggoner. Make sure that you make appointment, with her, and you will be saying , just what I’ve said. Valerie is the Best!

Valerie is amazing! I went from blue hair and burnette to cooper. The cooper colcor came out perfect! the blue disappeared. We colored corrected and she did wonders.
