I have seen both Valerie and Shauna and loved the result from both. Valerie is so delightful, professional and inviting. I have been to a few Sep hora locations and this may be my favorite locations. I think the thing that really sets this location apart is that they have really knowledgeable people here that really know their products. I had a great experience here last week with Linda.I already paid for my Fresh toner and was looking at other skincare products when she came by and asked if I had any questions. She asked me what I was looking for, if my skin was combo/dry, what I currently used and if I had ever tried the Sunday Riley line. These products were new to me and was what I was looking for! She offered me some samples. Thank you to Linda for helping me out!

I’m afraid Customer service on-line and on-line shopping experience in their shop is very poor. they state they do not do international orders so I eased it placing order with USA address – my transaction went ahead but goods not received and they claimed they didn’t know my transaction went through(despite I kept receiving system generated messages that they received my order and goods will be sent).
