Valerie is just fantastic! I have been going to her for electrolysis treatments for a couple years now and she has done extensive work on my face, arms, and legs. On a personal note, I am a trans woman who has experienced a lot of dysphoria as a result of my facial and body hair, but Valerie has helped tremendously. I once had to shave my entire face every day and would have a five o’clock shadow by day’s end, but I am happy to say that, thanks to Valerie, those days are gone! Valerie Bartolo has been championing my dark facial hairs for over a year now and the results are amazing. I’ve noticed a huge decrease in the amount of dark facial hairs growing on my cheeks, chin, and eyebrows. She wants your treatments to be successful so make sure to follow her instructions and ask for her advice if you have questions. She is friendly and her office is comfortable, she has been very gentle and accommodating when my bad back makes it difficult for me to lay still.

I’ve been going to Valerie for a while now. I live in Everett where the business is located. Most of the electrolysis places we found were in Boston and significantly more expensive. The location is perfect for me. Parking is very easy, usually you can use the driveway but there’s plenty of street parking as well. Valerie is always on time and you never have to wait more than a minute. Not sure how other places work, but here you will only get one person everytime, so it’s good to have someone get to know you personally when they’re working on your body! You get to choose how long you want to go and make your appointments as frequently as you want to. Overall it’s a great business and I really recommend electrolysis as a permanent hair removal solution for those who need it, and I recommend this location in particular because of the cost and convenience.
