My teen daughter’s hair was very long and pretty with face framing layers. She asked for a trim and said that she didn’t want too much cut off. The stylist said that her hair was very uneven and damaged so she needed to cut more. This was not true, an inch would have taken care of the damage. Over 2 inches was cut off and looking at it further the layers are extremely choppy and uneven. We did call to communicate this and Valeria stated that it was a misunderstanding, which may explain the extra length being taken off, but not the bad cut. We will not be returning

I had the worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon. I went first to see Bonnie to get low lights put into my hair because i had more high lights and I needed dimension in my hair having equal of both and I asked for caramel colored lowlights because it looked good with my coloring and she said that isn’t your hair color so we need to go darker because your hair color is darker.

Myself and my mother got massages from Courtney (I hope I’m spelling that right!) this morning, and we were beyond happy! She was so nice and so kind and walked us through the process so that we felt 100% at ease. She was even patient with us because of some traffic and we both left feeling VERYYYY relaxed! I’ve had much trouble with my lower back since my son was born and I left not feeling some of that pain, incredible! 🙂 Highly recommend her Swedish massage! Thank you again girl! Critical: PunctualitySo I scheduled a massage the beginning of may for the beginning of June. I did get stuck at the light due to people blocking intersection and I arrived at 12:31 for my 12:30 appointment. My therapist was not there. 12:45, the offer me a 45 minute massage as she has someone after me. So I say okay but we would have had to start right then and there and she wasn’t even there yet. So 1:00 rolls around I head downstairs (no one at the desk upstairs) and they offer me a 30 minute. Mind you my therapist is NOT there! So how do we manage that?They offer me a 10% discount which feels insulting. They also offer me a 445 spot. I had to tell them I couldn’t take that multiple times since my son has to be picked up from daycare by 6( the charge a lot to be late)I’m a hairstylist and I used to do skincare as well and we would have moved through hell and high water to make this right. So I ended up scheduling with massage envy. I heard great things and a lot of clients recommended that and were shocked that that happened somewhere like valeria. I had never been before but I had also heard good things so I used to recommend the spa to my clients but not anymore.I did buy my friend a gift card and she was going to let them know I referred her so apparently that gets her 15% off and gets me a complimentary facial.
