I do t recommend this place at all! Don’t waste your time or your money in this place because it’s not worth it! They only want your money and will do the least to get. I went to visit the concord location in December. This was my first and very last time visiting. The technician who did my pedicure and manicure had to have been new (this guy appeared to be very very young looking) but I gave him a chance to do his job.

Terrible set….not what I wanted but people don’t have all the time in the world. It kept getting worse and worse. I just said ok it’s fine . Because I don’t have time to keep changing. I originally set an appointment with Don but he wasn’t there. How do you make me an appointment and the guys not there. Don’t even know the girls name who did them because she will never do my nails again. I felt set up because they obviously knew he wasn’t gonna be there. I paid 75.75 for some bull. And what kind of pricing is 75. 75? Whatever. If I come back I hope they don’t lie about which nail techs are available.

My 1st time here, but they was quick to get me in and apply the services that I asked for. I got a pedicure and a full set. Julie did so well on my feet. And Amanda do her thing on my nails. Thank you for the wonderful experience, I will be back. And the girl at the front desk was so helpful and friendly thank you for that!!!

I got my nails done by Kay! She is amazing at doing nails. She did my prom nails a few months ago and ever since then I have trusted her with my hands. All of her work is so precise and she pays very close attention to detail. When It was time to pay, the receptionist Shontra was so sweet and she has such a nice vibe. I always leave the salon feeling satisfied.

Absolute HORRIBLE experience. After repeatedly stating I prefer regular polish I’m my toes for a simple polish change, the tech still used gel polish while debating me why gel is the best He filed my toenail down to the skin then gave me the worst French tip I’ve ever had. Tried to charge me $37 for it and was extremely rude during the entire experience. I’m so upset that someone ever recommended I go to this place. I should’ve read the reviews first. Stop dismissing what a client is asking for in the name of an upsell. 0 out of 10. I do not recommend.

I visited Valentino Nail Concord from referral due to being new to the area. My in shop experience was fine it’s an average shop in my opinion. The cherry on top was my nails looked great. However, it’s only been 3 days and my nail polish has chipped on almost every nail despite me paying extra for a gel. I have never had this happen before so not sure where the error occurred.
