Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to get my hair cut here and left with my hair 2x shorter than what was requested I even told them and showed them what I wanted. Instead the lady cutting my hair began leaving the back of my hair shorter and the front longer , once I noticed I told her that is not what I wanted and why was she doing what she felt like with my hair. Learn to listen to your customers so your customers don’t leave with a bad experience and something they didn’t ask for. After noticing i told her to level it out since I just wanted my tips cut not whatever she did on my hair. So instead of just having my tips cut I left with 4 inches off my hair.
