These guys are HAIR SCIENTISTS! I’ve been getting my hair done by Caterina for about a year now and I’ve never once been disappointed. She replicates any style or color I ask for flawlessly. I’ve recommended her to friends as well and even though not all of them get their hair done by Caterina, they come back thrilled with their hair. The staff is so kind and friendly and chatting with them while getting your hair done is always a pleasure. No salon has my trust like these guys!!

Caterina has been coloring and styling my hair for the past 12 years. She takes pride in her work, always making sure her clients leave happy and satisfied. She is amazingly talented, warm, fun to hang out with, and a great listener. I truly look forward to my appointments with Caterina; I always walk away feeling refreshed physically and mentally. She is the only one I trust to mix my very challenging red-orange hair color, which is why I’m willing to travel 2 hours to see her, not to mention her blowouts on my frizzy thin hair are transformative! I followed Noelle from Pavlova to Valentina Paige. I never knew there was a specific way to manage curly hair and have learned so much from Noelle. I now love my curls and all my cuts I get. Noelle really knows every type of curl and takes the time to teach how to manage them. I got my first highlights and they came out perfect! Not to mention the salon is so inviting and relaxed. It is decorated so nicely. I am now a happily regular returning customer! So glad I found this salon!

In searching for a hair salon in St. James, I decided to try Valentina Paige Hair Studio after reading all the wonderful reviews; and they did not disappoint. I immediately felt comfortable by the warm, friendly and accommodating staff, and the salon itself has such a lovely vibe to it. Caterina is truly talented, creative and a beautiful soul, and she did a stunning job on my highlights, haircut and style. Highly recommend!

From the tasteful decor, to the smily greeting I received walking in the door I knew that I would love this salon before even sitting in the chair! Making an appointment via text was SO easy. And the best part? Noelle, curly cut expert. She gave me a fabulous curly cut with confidence and expertise. She listened to what I wanted and explained everything she was doing along the way. The even added some styling/hair care education throughout the process. I will absolutely be back. The referral program also gives a fantastic discount!

Highly recommend! Came in for blowout for my engagement shoot & to my surprise I made the appt for the wrong day! They all seemed busy, however Noelle saw my makeup was done and asked where I was going. I told her & she somehow squeezed me into her busy day so I could have nice hair for pictures. It meant so much to me! Plus my hair looked great. Will be going back for sure, THANK YOU AGAIN!

I am 71 yrs. old. My hair is very straight and I wish it had more body. Angela of VP Hair Studio cuts and colors my hair and I’ve lost count of the times that I have been stopped by strangers who complement my hair color and cut and want to know what salon I go to. Lee the receptionist is a sweetheart and keeps me up to date on my appointments. VP has a lovely staff and the salon has a warm and happy vibe.
