I loved coming here for a while and I also love the ladies that work here. Overall was treated like a person. The last two times I went I had an experience that has made me definitely not want to come back. I was told they could not do a simple design and the man was passive aggressive constantly. I felt not taken well care of and both times I had to ask for him to put oil on my cuticles. The first time I came in, I asked for dip and all of a sudden I was getting acrylics on and I asked why and he said there is no difference… Even though there is but it’s fine. I didn’t mind because they still looked nice but it was still not what I asked for. The second time I asked for a soak off and he literally ripped off my nails and I feel the bedding is completely ruined. There was definitely care to detail to best ability in creating the nails but not care to hospitality and taking care of the customer. Also, was laughed at both times when I asked for a certain design . It’s okay, just would recommend costumers to ask for a female or man with glasses. They do the best job. Also paid around $130 for a nice pedicure and acrylics and tipped well too but definitely is not worth over paying! Amber I believe her name is seems like a real sweetheart & can do well and definitely will request her instead of I ever decide to come back.

Very unprofessional. I’ve been going for about 5 months. This man did my nails poorly ONCE (I wasn’t even the one to point it out it was the other nail artist) So I began only booking with the other artist. I called today and the first guy that did my nails answered saying my regular guy isn’t there and refusing me to get any service back at that salon from here on out. They have “a right to refuse service” to anybody, having a police call me to let me know they no longer wish to serve me as their customer. So now I have to pay for nail removal and a whole nother set at a different salon. While never allowed back at this one. Make it make sense, it doesn’t. TERRIBLE business! I was a loyal paying customer. And I was happy with my nails the last 3x I left. But due for a new salon anyway my nails from this one CHIP and CRACK so easily compared to others I went to. Also never get matte top coat it will get dirty fast.

I really like my nails. The acrylic was done evenly and looks pretty natural. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because two nails on one hand are pretty crooked. I didn’t notice until after I got home because they really do look nice. Hopefully when I come back for my fill they can fix it free of charge.

I don’t usually do google reviews but after giving this place a few tries , I had to. My last experience was terrible. I asked for a fill and my nail fell off 3 days after. Additionally, I asked for oval shaped and it literally looks like someone chewed a piece of gum and stuck it on my nails. That’s how horrid they look. I noticed that he didn’t trim the cuticles prior to the fill and I asked about it. He said they don’t it then proceeded to say oh it’s extra. Extra to trim my cuticles?! That’s the first time I’ve ever heard someone say that.

First time visit, and I will not be back. Before getting acrylic nails, I politely asked for the acrylic to not be thick (natural look). I guess the nail tech, Kathy, took the request personal and decided to mock, humiliate, & degrade me for the remainder of the service not just to me directly, but also to her colleagues and a patron sitting beside me. The request was not questioning her ability to do nails. Because of this, I decided not to tip… Nice salon, but poor professionalism.

This is the worst place. I got my nails done here today. I got cut by her drilling she was rushing. My nails are uneven!!! I paid $55 for what? I could’ve painted my nails better than what she did. The dip is bubbled the design isn’t what I asked for. They charge for everything. Beware! Save your time and money! Ps make sure you make an appointment NOT!
