I’m so glad I was able to get a quick and last minute appointment at this salon after calling on the same day. The facility itself is well maintained, clean and aesthetically pleasing. I got a full Brazilian for the first time today. The owner did it for me. I was so anxious about pain levels and awkwardness (due to the location of the wax). She was so professional, kind, gentle and talked to me the whole time. She did a great job and have no hair left. Only took about 15-20 minutes. Pain level was very low. I will come back in 4 weeks to get another wax. They also do laser hair removal very affordable that she talked to me about, as I hate dealing with thick hair growth. I am hoping to try this in the future.

Located in the Salon Plaza in Herndon, Valencia Aesthetics is the second door on your right upon entering the office space. Susan, the owner of Valencia is always prompt and efficient. The work space is always kept in pristine and hygienic conditions for each customer that walks in. I see Susan regularly for Brazilian and underarm waxes. She takes a situation that may be uncomfortable and a bit awkward, and makes it seem like you’re catching up with a friend (who happens to wax you). She takes the time to get to know her clients and ALWAYS works with your schedule to book future appointments. On top of that she offers discounts for pre-booking your next appointment. You’ll be in and out in 15 minutes, with a competitive price and phenomenal customer service. I live near a hand full of other waxing locations but I continue to make the 25 minute drive to see her, because it is more than worth it.

I don’t recommend this place for anyone. Don’t waste your money and your time. The office is not safe and it is dirty. The machines are old. The office doesn’t have a front desk to control who is coming in. The door is opened the whole time which makes the place unsafe for any women or you lady. I did leaser. I paid a lot of money for 0 result and when I called Susan to help me she was so rude. She doesn’t do her job professional and she doesn’t care about her clients because she told me that she want more money to pay her bills.

I had the most wonderful first time wax experience. She was so friendly and patient and really guided me through the whole experience. I am super confused by the comments that call her rude, especially with the Groupon. I told her that I had booked it through Groupon ahead of time and didn’t have a single problem.
