I recently scheduled time with Val this morning and she reminded me why I stopped coming. Val is SO SO rude. I would go once a week, once every few weeks and there is absolutely NO flexibility in new appointments, no matter what, even as a loyal customer. Not understanding at all. $90 down the drain. I get that there is a policy, but what I think is hilarious is that she is SO strict with policy and timing yet there were many times, actually almost every time, that I would go in for my appointment and would need to wait 10 min + for someone to even show up to open the building. I use to come to this place when I first moved to Cleveland and stopped. I recently scheduled time with Val this morning and she reminded me why I stopped coming. Val is SO SO rude. I would go once a week, once every few weeks and there is absolutely NO flexibility in new appointments, no matter what, even as a loyal customer. Not understanding at all. $90 down the drain. Positive: Professionalism, QualityMy mother booked me a massage as a wedding gift at the beginning of September & I immediately went to book an appointment! I was a little disappointed at first because the soonest they had open was the end of September (but that’s pretty common now a days so no big deal). When I arrived the place looked so clean & the aesthetics were so cute!! The lady at the front desk was super nice, greeted me right away, & let me know the massage before mine was running a little over (again no big deal, being a mom with a hectic work & school schedule I never mind waiting by myself lol!!). A gentlemen walked out and I was a little nervous because I’ve never had a male for a massage before. But OH MY GOSH!!! Literally the best massage I have EVER had!!!! I had sooo many knots & he spent extra time getting them out. He was so professional & I felt beyond comfortable!!! I will definitely be booking future massages there!!! And I noticed they do other services as well!!!! My mother booked me a massage as a wedding gift at the beginning of September & I immediately went to book an appointment! I was a little disappointed at first because the soonest they had open was the end of September (but that’s pretty common now a days so no big deal). When I arrived the place looked so clean & the aesthetics were so cute!! Critical: QualityGot my lashes done here twice after recently moving. Both times my eyelashes seemed to fall off much faster than they usually do. I thought maybe it was just me or something so I went again.I notice the separation on the eyelashes isn’t quite as precise as other lash artists I’ve been to. I’ll have one natural lash fall out and see that 3 extensions were glued onto that one eyelash (not just the volume lash- multiple lash extensions glued on one lash…like lash extension glued onto another extension). For the price of this salon I was expecting better quality extensions. I’ve been getting lash extensions done for over two years+ and never had this happen before. Also the appointment was for a 3 week fill in and it ended in 34 minutes- which I would’ve been cool with if my extensions weren’t glued on one another. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWhoever answered the phone on Wed 11/24/21 at 3:30 is the rudest person I’ve dealt with in a long, long time!! I called to schedule an appointment for a groupon massage that still had 32 days left before expiration. She said there was only ONE appointment timeslot left for that entire time frame. When asked if she could extend the voucher due to lack of availability she rudely said no, that I should’ve booked sooner. She then hung up on me and wouldn’t answer when I tried to call back another 3 times. I will cancel my groupon (even at a loss if need be). I called to schedule an appointment for a groupon massage that still had 32 days left before expiration. She said there was only ONE appointment timeslot left for that entire time frame. Because they will stick to their cancellation policy and charge your card. They will charge your card more than you paid for the Groupon. Called Saturday, no answer with a message saying to call back “during business hours” to reschedule. Called Sunday, same thing. Called Monday, same thing, left a message this time. Tuesday received a notification saying I’d been recorded as a no show. Called immediately explaining I’d tried calling multiple times, the owner was in no way willing to help and was very rude in brushing me off siting their 24 cancellation or rescheduling policy. I let her know I’d called multiple times well before the 24 hour mark, her explanation was “well we’re closed Sundays and Mondays”.
