Val African Hair Braiding

Critical: ProfessionalismShe does a great job on hair but her professionalism was out right bad. I called her a week in advance to get my hair braided, and she asked me to text her. She then texted back a few hours later stating that my appointment would be this pass Thursday and to be on time so she could handle other obligations. Once Thursday came I walked in and another client as well and was told that my appointment was never scheduled. I was told “I forgot , and I’m sorry can you come later or tomorrow I’ll discount you?” I was already upset but I just agreed to come the next day since I could not get an appointment else where. Once she started on my hair she told me my hair would be $150. Once I was finished I told her I only had $160 and did she have change. She told me no and continued to hold the $20 as if she was getting the full $160. She then tells me that I needed to get the change when she was the once that didn’t have it together. I then start talking to her about how she was wrong and she cuts me off. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m 24 that she thought that all of this was okay but I was not happy.
