She was awesome!Sometimes I get a little social anxiety when I go to the salon, but Grace made me feel super comfortable, didn’t try to force convo, matched my energy level, and did a great job living out my vision. I love VAIN and have returned here over the years for especially tricky hair cuts or colorings. I’ve seen various stylists but have trusted VAIN to consistently hire top-tier people. I see other reviewers mentioning a negative receptionist from a while back, but the receptionist I interacted with a few weeks ago was very professional and kind.

Toni was great, the booking process was pretty easy, and I love my haircut. Got a big chop and Toni talked to me about what I wanted and it turned out even better than I was imagining! Highly recommend. Had to wait a few weeks for an appointment with Toni but if you’re not looking for a specific stylist it seems like you can get appointments pretty quickly.

I’ve been on a journey to find a stylist that is a great fit for my hair type and bob cut. I found Fabiola by online searching and was extremely pleased! She took her time, consulted her thoughts with me every step of the way, and had so much fun! I’m so excited to have found a stylist that can be honest, creative, and give one damn cut! Friend scheduled an appointment months ago. Stylist left VAIN and any of the stylists scheduled appointments were cancelled without notification to the client. Poor management decision to act in this manner. Thankfully a new appointment was able to be rescheduled for the following week, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. Simply deleting appointments without a notification and no attempt to reschedule on their end is poor customer service. Hair appointment will be begrudgingly done here this time but would not recommend this place to others. Be cautious and call/email multiple times prior to any appointment to ensure that you are not lost in the shuffle.

I had been avoiding getting my hair done for over a year because of a string of bad experiences and I couldn’t seem to find a hair stylist to stick to what I communicated. Until I had my appointment last night with Jessica and she executed what I communicated better than I could have imagined. My hair looks amazing. She colored and cut it perfectly, I am beyond happy with it. And on top of that she made the hours getting my hair done enjoyable with her lovely demeanor and conversation. Thanks Jessica and Vain!

Jessica did a fantastic job with my hair! I have long curly greying black hair. Most stylist have tried to sway me into dying it. Which is very much not me. She listened to me, gave some great suggestions all with me in mind. Which I find truly rare. She did a tremendous job styling my hair too. I usually dislike the way past stylist have styled the cut after. Right after a cut I would go home to restyle it. Jessica did a great job all around.
