Received gift certificate so wife and I went for pedicures. Got the usual hard sell for gel and wife wanted it so we agreed . This is 2 weeks later. I have had regular polish last longer. Also the massage of legs was very brief and their beating on legs was so hard.it was painful. Definitely wont use them again Pedicure

I am very disappointed I went in for a full set and pedicure, as shown in the picture my nails were falling and peeling off within a couple minuets. The last took 2 hours and I went in again they would not refund me (because the mail was still attached) and I did not have time to get them fixed (after she had just tooken 2 hours) the lady was on the phone the entire time and filling an open wound on my finger that I had warned her to be careful of. The lady had her shoes off and had her feet on mine. When she did my toes I had asked for purple with sparkles the purple base was already on and the sparkle ended up being dried out. She grabbed silver and put it on my toes after I asked for white instead. She did not use a white base but instead I have purple polish with pearl white glitter. I payed almost 100 dollars and she gave me a 5 dollar discount at checkout but did not say why. My nails are not filled all the way the polish is not clean and they are falling off. I have had issues with this place in the past and figured I would give them another shot but they did not impress me and I am very disappointed in how my nails looked when I left today.

I love that they got me in same day … However the quality of work was very low. My acrylics are chipping after 2 days, and my daughter’s manicure was chipping after one day. With the price we paid, it’s definitely not worth it.

As a Nurse, I treated myself to a pedicure a few times a year. I loved it here. The last time I went she decided to take it upon herself to cut out two ingrown toenails without asking. I now have to see specialists to fix this and I’ve been in more pain ever since. Pedicure, Manicure

I went there a couple time for a regular pedicure done then by an older person named Jasmine? As she did it, I noticed that kept asking me questions such as did I live alone? Etc., and it annoyed me as asking personal stuff to customers is none of her business. She also asked for a tip..she did the pedicure asking stuff that was unnecessary throughout. I have not gone back since that experience.

My nails look horrible. Paid $55 for a new set and rather than put tips on, she tried to use the acrylic powder to build out my broken nails and it just made it thick and uneven. The shape is horrible. The gel polish is blotchy and opaque. I’m literally going to have to go somewhere else and have them redone. The lady was rude and rough. First time here and will not be back.

Scale from 1 to 10 my nails were a 4. They were very lumpy and one of my nails started coming off on the 3rd day I called and they didn’t even apologize they just told me to come in at 4 . When I got there they didn’t even know who I was or the situation they didn’t even apologize they just looked at my nail and told me to have sit and wait 30 minutes. So why do they even tell me to come in at 4 !! Very unprofessional and poor very bad customer service I don’t recommend this place at all.
