Firstly, the staff is friendly and accommodating. My friend and I each got a relaxation massage and it was just that. The girls did an excellent job. I wanted to pay extra to nap afterward because it was so relaxing! The reason I am dropping a star is because my pedicure did not turn out the best. Maybe it was the polish that I picked (a lot of the selection looked older, separated), but whatever the reason it was the greatest. We were also there on a weekend and the reception/ waiting area was PACKED. The space is so tiny that if there are more than two people waiting there is nowhere to stand or sit. You will feel claustrophobic when you try to pay. Also, like others have mentioned the space is severely outdated. The mani pedi area is carpeted (old carpet with many spilled polish stains), it could definitely use an update.

Took my mom here a few months ago to treat her with a “spa day”. We got pedicures and a couples massage. The staff was very nice but the facility seemed kind of low-budget and dated. I didn’t care for the massage because it felt very generic and the music playing had words in it, as well as advertisements, which were very distracting.

I came in from Chicago to have a girls weekend with my mom and aunts and I booked a 1 hr facial for myself and I seriously had the best facial I’ve ever had!! Great atmosphere and so relaxing! Highly recommend this place! Thank you guys for the best facial ever!
