I love this salon and the ladies here are amazing and so kind. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Katelyn did my pedicure so gentle and took the time to do such a wonderful job. And Mandy did my manicure she was also gentle and wow the color scheme she help me choose for my nails. I just can’t express what an amazing place this is from the atmosphere to all the ladies who work there. I highly recommend you check this salon out.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI got very sick from covid and was basically bedridden for a week and a half+ and my hair was basically in dreads in the back. It was so awful. Malia and another sweet stylist of hers took over 3 hours on my hair and they so lovingly and patiently took out every knot and DREAD in my hair. Not only was my hair in dreads but I was dreading this experience because I knew how awful I had let my hair get. Malia and her staff took such incredible care of me and loved on me so well and made me feel like an absolute beauty queen. I literally feel like a nee woman today and I’m beyond grateful for her and her staff and the patience, skills, and love they poured out on me today. In a situation where I could’ve felt so much embarrassment and shame and was thinking about just chopping off all of my hair they made me leave feeling the exact opposite. I left feeling like such a queen and so thankful that I trusted her and her team to help me and care so well for me.She went above and beyond with her patience and styling my hair so beautifully and doing my brows too. I got very sick from covid and was basically bedridden for a week and a half+ and my hair was basically in dreads in the back. It was so awful. Malia and another sweet stylist of hers took over 3 hours on my hair and they so lovingly and patiently took out every knot and DREAD in my hair. I’ve been going to Vadala for about a year now, and have loved every time I’ve gone in. I’ve usually had a family member or close friend do my hair, but when moving from Grand Rapids to Kalamazoo, I wanted to find something closer. I came here with my mom while she got her pedicure done by alicia and she let me soak my feet with my mom so I didn’t feel left out and bored and I had so much fun chit chatting and everything! Such an amazing experience! I’ve also been here before and got my hair done for prom and they did such an amazing job! I felt so beautiful and they made it a wonderful memory! I definitely recommend going to this place for any service they provide! They make you feel super welcome and do an excellent job listening to what you want done and they are super talented!

I am obsessed with this Salon! All of the ladies are so sweet and beyond talented! Today Malia did hair extensions in my hair and I am the happiest I have ever been! I came In with completely damaged hair from bleaching and coloring at home and Lena FIXED my hair. She spent so much time making sure I felt good about my hair again. I’m going to return to see lena for sure. After examining my hair and figuring out the best solution, asking me what I want, what I don’t want etc. she took her time and even straightened my hair to make absolutely sure my hair was perfect (she started with an absolute mess) before she curled and styled it. I saw customers leave with the biggest smiles on their face, unable to stop looking at their hair. Highly recommend this salon.

I loved every second of my experience, not only was my haircut absolutely perfect, but the service was outstanding. The women who did my haircut (can’t remember name, but she had blonde-ish hair past her shoulders) was so kind and funny, she also made sure I was okay with what the cut looked like as she worked with my hair. They also had some Spanish music playing here and there which made me really happy! Super super comfortable with this salon definitely my all time favorite!! Booking here again:)
