I got my nails done two days ago and the polish has already begun to just fall off. I have done nothing other than drive my car and work my job (which is at a desk). I sat in the chair for one hour as a walk in before it took two hours to get a regular mani/pedi with regular polish. Just for it to start falling off on its own… I do not recommend this place… for the price I could have bought my own polish, had it last for at least two weeks, and still had money left over.

This would’ve been my second time here. (First time was the black and white) I was nervous at first because it had been almost 10 years since I got my nails done. I didn’t know anything! but Hannah didn’t make me feel dumb when she told me to wash my hands and I didn’t know where to go lol ! My second time was just as good as the first time. First time, we just called to see if there was availability and we walked in, the second time I made an appointment. I highly recommend making an appointment because you get seated first. Kimmi did my nails the second time. After my first set I went soooo long before going again and I didn’t want the pain of waiting and also my nails looking like I NEED them done, so I opted for clear coat the second time. Which should last longer, but we’ll see. -They lasted long last time, but I work in a warehouse so tryna be cute and work did a number on my nails, but again it had been bout 2 months. – maybe a month and a half but still. My nails grow fast! Overall, I will be going again. Also, if you ask the price, I’m sure they will tell you lol everyone is super nice and pleasure. The music is soothing and the facility is clean. PLENTY of parking.

I love VA nails, they are very clean, got me in right away, and did the nail art I asked for without issue. I got a mani and pedi as well as eyebrow wax. The girl gave me a crazy good massage after for free, very relaxing. Love them, Def recommend Nail art, Gel manicures, Pedicure, Waxing

The guy that did my nails was nice enough! Went in not really knowing what I wanted but with his following, gorgeous nail pics, and good reviews I decided to give him a try. He helped me come up with a design. I knew I wanted tips and croc print and the colors. Not sure if it was before closing or b/c it was late but I left dissatisfied with my nails. Felt it could have been executed so much better. The crocodile print itself isn’t bad but my tip shapes are uneven and the application of my acrylic looks rushed and thin. Not the type to complain, plus Im not a micro manager. ill see your work and your pride in it when done. Sadly I paid for my service but I wont be back.

I had an amazing experience at VA Nails. My nails and toes look incredible! Jordan did my nails and it is hands down the best set I have ever had! The designs are perfect and precise! If you come in to get your toes done ask for Austin, my toes are flawless. He did what he said was called a Russian pedicure! 10/10!!!

Complimentary wine with services over $35 (if I remember right). Great customer service. Felt like they really spent time with me for my pedicure. However polish is already coming off, I probably should have gotten the gel.

Very rude and only spent 15 mins doing my nails. Never again. I am adding to this review because I can’t believe I am being questioned about posting this review. He kept coming at me. He said YOU PEOPLE are always complaining. First of all who the heck is YOU PEOPLE???? Black people??? I never complained I just gave a 1 star review because I can.

I’ve had 2 visits with Candy (pedi/mani) and 3 visits with Hannah (manicure). Each visit my nails looked amazing. Thanks ladies! Longest I’ve had to wait was 15-20 minutes for Hannah but she notified me ahead of time. Which was nice and professional. However, I give a 3 stars rating because my 4th visit the owner asked to start my nailed while I wait for Hannah. At this time I had no idea Hannah was his wife. I’ve already paid a deposit with Hannah, so I asked would that be a problem if he starts my nails. Very rudely he responded “so what you paid a deposit. That’s my wife. Her pockets is my pockets and my pockets is her pockets…So what’s the problem?” Again I didn’t know they were married. (Im not sure if they have their marriage posted somewhere. I don’t have an instagram, Facebook, etc to see if it’s posted there so how would I know they’re married?) Anyway everyone have bad days. I thought maybe that day was a bad day for him. But it wasn’t. Today I watched him be rude to another client and she said to me he’s rude. And without a doubt I agreed and said YES HE IS!!!
