It’s a okay place but the issue is they took more money off my friend’s card than her actually total. Also, the old dude ( the one that wears the caps) has a very smart mouth and says very slick comments about customers. But if you want to go there that’s up to you cause with them prices I could’ve brought a nail kit. Honestly charging too much for the amount of service.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueThis has been my favorite nail salon since moving to Columbus a couple of years ago but it has drastically gone downhill over the past 6 months. My last dip powder manicure (which was absolutely gorgeous at first) lasted only 3 days before cracking. How does that even happen with dip nails?! Today, I went in for a manicure and was told the wait “wouldn’t be long” and was third in line. 7 people proceeded to walk in after me and 5 got seated before me. I eventually just left after waiting an hour. Biggest waste of time and clearly very frustrated and disappointed in the lack of professionalism. My last dip powder manicure (which was absolutely gorgeous at first) lasted only 3 days before cracking. How does that even happen with dip nails?!
