Rude customer service. Tim did my nails and was back and forth on his phone the entire time. When I told him I wanted short stilleto nails he told me no because I have a baby. I understand what he was getting at but you give the customer what they want. Anyways after all said and done he did an okay job but the customer service is what’s lacking here. Unfortunately I will not be spending money here anymore.

I am Very displeased with my pedicure, it looks as though I got a polish change only, $48 for a polish change!! I’m not sure of the techs name he was a new guy that I’ve never seen before, heavy set guy that was wearing a fitted cap! This salon refused to redo my pedicure, why punish the customer because the nail tech provided unexceptional service!!

I have always enjoyed getting a mani/pedi with gel polish at any nail salon. BUT TIM, my very first set of acrylics/dip/gel TIPS for my hands HAS BEEN AMAZING. Literally, everyone and everywhere I go… I will always get asked where/who/what/how questions about my nails. It’s literally works of art every month with TIM (tbh he’s the only one that knows how to work with my ugly hands). Fix and straighten my nails with tips so now I can proudly say… my hands are all even and PERFECT! I love you Tim Tim and thank you for always making my hands so beautiful and stunning 24/7

I’ve been here several times and have never had an issue. Today I went in for a powder dip fill in… I guess they didn’t want to do it because I was told, “We don’t do fill in for that, we have to remove the whole thing and do it all over again.”!!!! Uhhh…why? They couldn’t tell me why. The original one was done by them apx 2wks ago.

My daughter and I went to THIS nail place because our other nail place was closed on Sunday. The wine was nice but that is we’re it ended. The nail tech in seat 12 did a lazy job on the shape and hand design of my nails. My nails and my daughters nails began to pop off before 2 weeks, we do not have jobs nor do we do activities that should cause this. Long story short nobody I know will ever go to this place. If you want your nails done right go to JD nails.
