So they have never failed me before but today was different, the lady started my nails not even asking anything, i had to interrupt what she was doing to tell her what i wanted done. The colour the shape everything because she didn’t ask. I gave her a reference photo and she followed it but they look so different. I normally go for slightly longer nails but i kept telling her longer and she wasn’t listening, so now i feel like my nails look like little stubs ! I had a gel manicure and a regular pedicure done yesterday at this salon. I have been getting gel manicures for many years and I have never had this happen. Not even 24hrs after leaving, one of my nail’s had the paint come right off in one piece in the middle of the night. I found the piece in the morning and was shocked. I returned to the salon today to have it repaired and it was. I couldn’t imagine it would happen again. Well, here I am at the airport on my way to a family wedding with several busted nails from a now terrible manicure. As a side note, I have not washed dishes nor done any cleaning since my manicure yesterday. I’m highly disappointed as so many people have given raving reviews of this salon and I’ve been trying to find a new home salon. Unrelated to the nails themself, the salon wasn’t clean, the employees were yelling across the salon to one another and sitting in the pedicure chairs with their feet on the pedestals. Their personal phones kept going off and multiple times my service was stopped for no apparent reason and they continued conversing. Not to mention, a gel manicure and regular pedicure (one that I was very adamant about after being pushed to upgrade, cost me $85 without tip. I’m discouraged and will not continue to use this salon and highly discourage others from this salon.

But if you’re a new customer coming in and not a repeat, coming in for a particular artist, then I feel like they’re just cranking out generic nails without really putting in the effort to do a professional job. This place has plenty of choices for meni and pedi. Service us wonderful. My daughter did her acrylic gel extention, they are fab. I went for collagen pedi, comes with a box of 6 different packets and the entire process was so pampering on Massage chair. They serve wine, Soda and coffee. Wish they serve tea too.

Well, I was recommended a young lady there by the name WINNIE from a very trusted source. So, I made an appointment to see her specifically and mannnn, she did NOT disappoint. When a brand new tech tells you that she can do EVERYTHING including draw your face by hand on your nail the clouds ☁️ depart and you hear Heavenly angels singing. Not only was Winnie the cutest little, sweet person she was she was funny as well! Personable, sweet spirited, understands the assignment ALL wrapped up in one. Everything you want in a nail tech. She perfectly shaped my nails, combined two designs that I wanted and also did a freestyle design on my hand with stones of her own. I mean, where have she been all my life?! If you don’t believe me, see for yourself in the picture I provided. She did such an amazing job that her fellow co-workers were in awe of the work she did on my hands. The other customers as well. And speaking of the staff, ALL of the staff were so friendly, accommodating, fun and interacted with the customers. I honestly don’t think you could go wrong with anyone there. ♀️ But I can’t wait to see what other ways Ms. Winnie is going to put me in nail bliss.

I’ve been coming here for years because of the good service however this last time I just don’t understand what happened. Went and got a gel pedicure on Tuesday, by Friday the polish was lifting. Went back on Saturday for them to fix it and today Sunday the polish has come off again. I’m over it at this point and I don’t have time to keep running back to keep getting my toes fixed. My gel pedicures can usually last me a month so this right here smh.
