They are unprofessional! I was there to get a nail fixed and a pedicure. I was there 30 minutes before her appointment came in. She started my nails and told me I would have to wait until the other techs finished to get the rest of the services I wanted. It is very unprofessional to stop taking care of one customer for another. I understand the lady had an appointment but if I’m there 30 minutes before her appointment then I’m first. You take care of one customer at a time. My money good just as the next. I’m not from this area but I’m here working. They will never get another dollar out of my pocket.

Great service, had several manicures and pedicures done. Employees are very sweet and out going. One thing I don’t like is if I don’t relax my hand they will smack it and say “relax”. I DO NOT think it is okay to smack my hand, you can tell me to relax and not smack my hand. Acrylic nails

Me and my mom came to have a girls day and left disappointed. Tina did mine and moms pedicure and she was excellent! However, Adair did my moms nails. Mom got dip nails and her nails were thick and looked awful. I went to ask for a file and the other women and man came over to us. The women said that is how dip is supposed to look. I have gotten dip before and that’s not how it’s supposed to look. My mom is not one to say she doesn’t like something. Now don’t get me wrong Adair was very sweet to mom. She just did not do a good job on her nails. I got gel on my natural nail and they turned out fine. I feel like if someone comes in and asks for dip if that isn’t your specialty then point her in someone’s direction that can do it very well. I left very aggravated, and felt like we weren’t heard. After we talked to the man he still charged my mom $40 dollars for her nails. It’s very sad because VT nails use to be really good. Needless to say, we will not be returning after today’s experience.

My fiancé went to get her wedding nails done there. The gentlemen first wouldn’t do what she wanted in the picture and asked if she wanted to go with something else. So they did and they did not turn out good at all. The color was wrong she picked out, didn’t look like the picture at all. The nails were put on crooked, one was lifted up som. He cut her skin right above the nail, and didn’t clean them up after he was done. Went done to G nails in Mt.airy and the owner did SO good. Fixed them right up.

Got a pedicure and it was so relaxing, it felt amazing when she massaged my feet. Didn’t get as much dead skin off as I wanted and I also got an infection in my left big toe.. Other than that they were very kind and professional. Pedicure, Foot massages
