Waited almost two hours. Once I did get seated and started with my nails the woman doing them cut me with the cuticle clippers. I get accidents happen but she didn’t stop to have me wash my hands or anything so the blood was in the acrylic and showed until I got them redone (you can see it in the photo). Not to mention it HURT. My nails were lumpy, thick, and uncomfortable. My thumb fell off before the two weeks was even up. I went elsewhere for a filling and during the process discovered the quality of the acrylic was poor. I won’t be coming back. The only good thing this salon has going for them is Tony.

Well starting off, I’ve never had a salon soak my full fingers in remover to remove polish; it’s always been applied to a cotton swab and either foiled or they have holder things to keep it strictly on the nail/avoid the skin. Second they used the same tools as they had on the previous client …. great way to cause an infection. I had chosen a glitter polish and was given a base color and 1 coat with the glitter polish, nothing like what I had chosen and I’ve painted them better myself at home. Lastly, I asked for my nails to be cut flush with the fingertips and they are most definitely not as well as they are not very symmetrical. Figured I would give this place a chance since I’m trying to find a regular salon in the area, but it most definitely won’t be here.

The owner is very pushy salesman , kept telling my youngest to get a manicure after she said no thanks several times, and when I told her just get your nails painted he charged me 35 dollars for a simple nail paint I could have done at home. My nails were rushed, he burned me several times the tools looked dirty and shaped them horribly. Actually when i was waiting for my nails to dry the person he did after me, he used same tools and I never saw him clean them! The only reason they get 2 stars is because my other daughter saw someone different and they did amazing with her gel set. But I will definitely find another place.

I only come here for Tony. I’m afraid to try any services through anyone else, but when I get my nails done by Tony, they are amazing every single time. Like, the best nails I have EVER gotten done. They’re so clean and he always does exactly what I want. He checks in multiple times throughout on length, finish, etc. I have not heard good things about any other tech, unfortunately, and if the reviews are any indication, I’m afraid to try anyone else.

Critical: QualityEvery time I go I try and think it will be different but it’s not. They never listen to what you want EVER! This time I wanted black nails with the ring finger orange glitter tip even had a picture. They wouldn’t do it and painted my ring finger orange with glitter on the tip. Makes no sense. You tell them somethings wrong and they don’t listen. Didn’t clean off the black that got on my fingers. Last chance I have themEvery time I go I try and think it will be different but it’s not. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went here under the impression that my nails were going to look good since I’ve heard really good stuff about this place. I was terribly wrong. The man who did my nails was in a rush and didn’t even do my nails right. It looks nothing like the picture, and it was a simple glitter ombré nail design! Also, he left the acrylic and monomer all over my fingers and I had to peel it off. As my nails are growing out, they look awful. I will never go here again, and the prices are outrageous for what I got.Service: Acrylic nailsI went here under the impression that my nails were going to look good since I’ve heard really good stuff about this place. Tony is the absolute best nail tech I have EVER had. He’s more expensive than I’m used to paying, but well worth it for the perfection when he’s done. Nail art, Acrylic nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have never been to this salon before this experience and will never go back. I’m not sure why I hear so many good things about this place, but it’s probably due to the general lack of quality salons in the area. The girl who greeted me sat me at a station and then had me swap seats with another person without any sanitizing in between. Then, the (different) woman who did my nails had me sit down at her station for 15 minutes while she chatted on a video call with her mask pulled down. She completely ignored me and, while on her call, proceeded to use the nail tools to snip her own hangnails before placing the cuticle nippers back in the jar with all the other open, unsanitized nail tools. At this point I should have just left, but my friend was in the middle of her own fill. When the tech finally decided to start on my nails she left my cuticles untouched and did not clip my natural nails before just going in and grinding down my bare nail plate with an electric file. I had also shown her a very simple picture of how I wanted my nails: short, square, black gel, with a spray of silver glitter on the ring finger. She told me “I’m just going to do this whole nail in silver, that is dip, next time you get dip.” First off, my nails were completely bare when I came in – why not do the dip to give me what I asked for? She had a completely clean slate to work with. Second, I have had acrylics done before. A spray of glitter involves painting the nail with gel polish and then dusting the loose glitter around the cuticle area, something that would have been the same amount of effort as what she did. Overall, my nails are sloppily done. I have a huge gap on three of my fingers between my natural nail edge and the tip she glued to it, so food and dirt are getting trapped in them and my pointer finger nails are sloped upwards at a weird angle. Just an overall poor experience. Hopefully I can find something better in the area.Service: ManicureI have never been to this salon before this experience and will never go back.
