I don’t usually write reviews…. But I’ve been coming here since I moved a year ago, they do pretty good. But this time I was highly disappointed, my nails were rushed and the woman kept messing up on them. I paid my tab. I was not satisfied with my service so I didn’t tip ( my first time not tipping). Do you know the man came out to my car and demanded me to tip, I gave him $3 and told him to distribute the way he wanted. He snatched the money out my hand.I’m telling you it took everything in me!!! He was NASTY and i told him I don’t have to tip if I’m dissatisfied with my service!!! Amazingggg… I asked for something he has already done before. What I wanted vs what I got he took his timmmmeee filing, checking nail height, checking shape ( hate chunky acrylic ). He was so sweet and patient. I had a waxing appointment and he accommodated me so well told me not to rush or panic he will have me out of there and he did I also received a pedicure and it was exceptional as well, I used to drive all the way to nassau to go to star nails in Hempstead ( been going here since I was a child ). And I’ve been to numerous nail salons in Suffolk and none of them remove callus with a grater which I prefer ☝ but they do! she used hot towels and hot stones It was great. Great first experience only con is they charge you for things I feel as though should be included: I only had 5 nails left on from my previous set and they were old and lifted but I didn’t want to damage my nail bed by tugging on them. They charged $3 for that. $10 extra for design and $3 for something else.

Im telling you ! LEE IS THE BEST !!!! he legit does my full gel set in 40 mins and they always come out gorgeous & he helps my real nails grow so much under the acrylics. All the techs are great ! But Lee is definitely my favorite

I went in with my cousin and they greeted us incredibly friendly ! Very warm ,attentive and comforting, you can tell they love what they do. First time doing my nails with gel powder and Yoyo was gentle and my nails came out great . The owner is always making sure you are happy with what they are doing which was amazing ,just great service ! Definitely will come here again! (2018)
