I currently come all the way from Kernersville for their excellent service. They really take their time with services and it’s very much quality over quantity. Wait times can be a little long at times but appointments can be easily made. All nail techs are very friendly as well. Best nail salon I’ve been to in years. I absolutely love taking myself and my 8 year old here for SNS and gels nail services. Higly recommend this place.

The worst place ever!!!! First time and last time I will go. I waited patiently for almost 2 hours to get my nails done. Luckily I had nothing else to do or no where to be. When I did get seated one guy started putting on my tips then went to another client. A different tech came to finish everything. He was very careless with what he did. My nails looked horrible!! I asked for a natural looking nail, not french manicure. He said they don’t do that because they only use gel polish . I was like ok, just put on a clear coat and that’s it. He told me it’s gel polish top coat and it’s extra $5.. ok that’s fine, whatever!!! I ended up paying $65 for a pair of $hitty nails that started lifting and peeling 2 weeks later. I do not recommend this place at all!! Their service is horrible, their attitudes are horrible too. There’s not friendly greetings as you walk in. No communication about why you are left sitting and waiting. My advice is go somewhere else with better service, customer care and people who appreciate their clients. These people also don’t make clients wash their hands when they come in and they don’t wash their hands between clients!!!

About a week ago I received a service from Ivan. I will never be returning to this salon. He did not speak to me at all during my service and had the most disgusting attitude I have ever seen. He was incredibly aggressive and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will never spend money at this establishment ever again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Danny was my technician at another salon before V Star Nails opened. I followed him because not only is he kind he’s professional, clean, and caring. He looks out for the health of my nails while keeping them looking fabulous. Not to mention, the pedicure and leg massage will completely rejuvenate you no matter how tired you are. I highly recommend them daily!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would… I got my nails done on Saturday and had to return on Sunday because one broke in less than 24 hrs. The nail tech made one side of multiple nails extremely thin. So I returned on Sunday asking could they make the sides of three nails a little thicker because that one broke and I didn’t want anymore to break… They agreed to fix them BUT the nail tech made them so thick they looked round instead of square. When I spoke with the manager about my experience he brushed it off and didn’t offer to fix my nails. He was extremely rude and said I got what I asked for. I didn’t ask for uneven, round fat nails! I was not disrespectful in any type of way, I told him that I paid my hard earned money for my nails to look nice but instead they look terrible. It was my first and last time getting my nail ruined at this place.
