This was my 1st ever waxed, I’m assuming she was the owner, but she was very professional and talked me through the whole process, it wasn’t half as bad I was expecting or read about from other people having it done, i will definitely be going back in 3/4 weeks to get it done again along with a v steam…..

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI wish I had an experience here. When I made the appointment I was supposed to get a confirmation text or email and did not receive either. I went ahead and went to the appointment I arrived 30 minutes early. My appointment was at 5:30 and they close at seven. When I got there I was able to go inside the suite but everything else was dark and everyone was gone. I tried calling I could hear the phone in the office so nobody was around to pick it up. The next day when I tried calling the phone kept hanging up as if I was blocked. I tried calling off of my number several times and it wouldn’t work. When I called off a private the phone was ringing. I’m not sure what happened I would have love to come here but personally I do not have a good experience.I wish I had an experience here.
