Worst haircut of my life! Eljona was the least personable hairstylist I’ve EVER encountered. She butchered my hair. Gave me layers when I did not want layers. Did pretty much the opposite of what I asked. I have never been this upset about a haircut…I want to cry. She was rude, rushed and overall awful. I’m quite certain she used the previous clients cape (just shook off her hair). So, those on All Things Livonia that raved about this salon…y’all crazy. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!

Had my first appointment with Kelly today. I have never waxed my armpits or lip before and was so nervous. She explained the process and made me feel so comfortable. I can’t image NOT doing this again. She was great! If you’re thinking about waxing, you have to see Kelly! Body waxing

Had a Reverse Balayage done By Eljona & as soon as the stylist dried my hair I started crying, when I saw the end result & left their salon in tears, because of how my hair turned out. I’m leaving for vacation very soon, don’t want to even be photographed, or look in the mirror, because it makes me wanna cry. I payed $235 for a balyage, specifically said in the beginning of the appointment I wanted “no ashy hue tone” I stressed this so much & wanted gold as the highlighted portion of my reverse balayage with my brunette natural root brought down & the demarcation line which had an orangy shade where the growout of the natural root was to be gone. The stylist said they used purple shampoo & an ashier toner on me which canceled basically all the gold tones out of my hair which I specifically wanted to keep & even showed in pictured references before any work was done. My neck and upper half of my back was sobbing wet when the stylist washed my hair at the bowl. When the stylist was blow drying my hair & was doing it very very fast paced like they were rushing & was scraping my skin on the side of my temples very close to my eyes with the corse brizzles of the round brush, was hurting my face. The stylist then tried to fix the ashy/white/gray hue by re applying a gold toner & it still left my hair with the dull/gray/white hue tone. Like I said I left crying payed a lot of money & now it can’t be fixed, dread seeing my hair in the mirror.
