I would write them zero stars they don’t clean ther tools I got an infection from them and they told me was allergic reaction which it was not. My doctor told me it was a infection from them not cleaning their instruments properly, and when I went to go retrieve my money back, they said rude comments yeah don’t go ther very rude staff

I’ve always had a good experience there. I take my 4 year old daughter with me when I go and they enjoy her so much. She gets her nails painted and they treat her like a little lady. If you can treat my daughter with that kind,of respect, you have my respect. They do wonderful work. I have been going to them since 2012 and will continue as long as I can.

Been coming here for years for pedicures. I don’t get my nails done. I wanted tips and pedicure for a wedding. French is what I requested. If there were not such a terrible language barrier then I would have had the various nail services explained to me. They assumed I wanted the cheapest service they offered. That service did not allow for polish to be applied on my toes and finger nails underneath the (sloppy, too wide) tip of white polish. I hated my french polish on both my hands and feet. They didn’t even give me a manicure. Like I said, I don’t usually do my nails, so they needed some TLC before the tips. They put on the tips and that was it. The skin around my nails were not cleaned up and my cuticles were untouched. My nails and hands looked rough and unprofessional. When I said I didn’t like how my nails and toes looked they all started squawking to each other in their native tongue. Every single one of the technicians were loudly speaking to each other. I’m sure they had a lot to say about me. The only young girl who spoke decent English gave me a death look while telling me “you should have got gel coat, but more expensive.” Yes, and someone should have offered me the options if there was more than one “cheap” option available. They should not assume everyone knows every nail service out there. I will never go back.

V-Pro Nails is a lovely establishment with friendly service. I have been going there for years and have never had any issues. They have always treated me with respect, as I have treated them. I have always been greeted with a smile and if I ever have issues with my nails they fix them right away.

For a local place, not bad. Everyone seems to be friendly enough, but the salon needs major updating and more polish colors. Who doesn’t have neons in the summer?! It gets the job done, but there is a lot better places out there.
