Today was my first day trying this salon! I called and made an appointment days before and I arrived today and was greeted! Mimi did my nails today and I LOVE THEM!❤️ she really took her time with each nail and made sure each one was even and looked good! Got there at 9:55 and left around 12 completely satisfied and ready for the new year! y’all got yourselves a regular, I’ll be back for Mimi!❤️ I definitely recommend this salon if you live around white marsh/baltimore area! 🙂

Went in for a non gel manicure and pedicure. I chose the 40$ pedicure which was a great experience however, no one was willing to give me a manicure due to my nails being really short. I would definitely go back to the more mature woman who did my pedicure. I will give a 4 star for cleanliness and sanitary safety.

I have had my nails done multiple times by Mimi. During this past visit, I brought a friend with me and had their nails done by Vicky. Mimi did an excellent job like always with my nails. I was looking for a new salon which made me feel comfortable and took sanitation seriously. The salon itself is modern and very clean. I saw Ania and was made to feel very welcome. Every client receives service with fully sanitized metal instruments, and other items are single use. I was very impressed that they use both disposable liners and jets. They have a great variety of colors, both regular polish, gel and dip. I have only been going here for a short time but I think this is the salon for me. I’ve been back to see Ania, and it’s so nice to have my tech converse with me, which I did not experience at two other local shops.

Was recommended by a friend to come here to try the dip powder. I came in with some pretty botched acrylics from another salon and decided I wanted to get the dip and grow out my natural nails. My natural nails are pretty short and weak. Vicky was amazing and super nice. She soaked off my acrylic nails and did the dip powder. She talked with me about nail growth and was very encouraging even though my natural nails have never been too great. I’m excited to come back! She thinks after 2-3 sessions I will see a huge difference and I am willing to try! The salon was very clean and the staff was overall friendly. I came within 45 mins of them opening and they were relatively busy. I recommend calling before you walk in although they were accepting walk-ins. The pricing was reasonable as well!

I went to V Passion after a botched nail job over the weekend. They were very accommodating and more than willing to fix my nails. Kevin was very gentle, took his time, and paid very close attention to detail, which I love. Not to mention the atmosphere was very quiet, soothing, modern, and inviting. I went and got a full set and all of my nails except my thumbs came off within one week. They looked beautiful and I was really happy at 1st but then they just started coming off for no Reason. I called to tell them And they said that they would fix it but I would have To pay for it And I told them that there are no nails left so I would need another full set but they wouldn’t give me a discount or anything. I paid $80 for the nails just for them to come off in one week and I tipped the girl $25! They just lost a good customer!

I want to start by saying the nail color selection is poor. Sides weren’t painted to give nails a finished look. I was told they didn’t paint sides of the nail. ♀️ The tech wanted to repaint my nails after they had cured. The tech removed polish and painted my nails. Again. Also, I didn’t receive the nail shape I desired, which was finally achieved after my nails were cured. Two days later I was back with a broken nail, a nail that had lifted and chipped polish. The tech said ‘you work with hands’. What the hell do you think I use, my feet? I was told that it would be $15 to fix three nails. Outrageous. I was also told the lifted nail couldn’t be glued AND that’s how my nail is, but was glued anyway. I proceeded to have the broken nail repaired for $5. Fill ins at your establishment are $45 which is higher than most salons. I won’t be returning as there are many nail salons in the area that will honor my requests. Instead of blaming me for your incompetency, step up and take responsibility for your less than acceptable work.
