Overall it was a great experience. They were friendly and understood what I wanted. But one of the prints came out messy and some did not have glitter. Also, the first color she put on to make it look like a natural nail, was not put on evenly. The ones with color came out the best. To me they are a little too thick. And you can see where the top coat was not applied.

My nails actually look quite nice after the lady, Jenne, was finished. The overall experience though was horrible. I’m from South Dakota and I don’t know if North Dakota got the memo but who uses artificial tips anymore??? I’ve been using forms for almost a year now and find them A LOT better than tips. That’s just the beginning. I had a few nails that needed to be completely re-done and how she removed them was outdated, atrocious, and painful. I not only voiced my pain once or twice but FOUR times and I have a high pain tolerance. She apologized the second time I told her she was hurting me but continued to remove them the same way. My nails are also uneven and longer than I wanted them even though I told her to make them shorter. She seemed more in a rush because they were near closing time but why accept a client if you’re just going to rush through it and give the client a bad experience? I always tip but this is honestly the first time I didn’t leave a dime.

Great experience. Lovely staff! Outgoing and happy to help. Patient while I choose what color I wanted, which, admittedly, takes a few mins.Very nice, comfy, pretty space as well. 10/10!!!

Scheduled two appointments well in advance. Arrived and was told to pick our colors. 30 minutes later they still hadn’t gotten to us. We had arrived on time. We walked out and left. Rude and inconsiderate of my time. They’re also very overpriced for what they offer. I went to a higher end nail salon after them and the higher end salon had cheaper prices and better service.

I’ve been watching this place since they put a sign up. So I finally got to go in. They were very helpful and kind. They kept up conversations. I got the bosses wife to do my nails I got something new a SOS or sorry cant Remember what’s it called a form of dip on my nails. Supposed to be healthier for your nails. I was going on Vacation so I wanted them done b4 I went. At times it seemed she would have an attitude. Then they all started talking didnt know what they were saying, dont care, but she was even more annoyed after it seemed. Its all family owned and operated. Very clean inside. Nice decor nice few chairs for pedicures. The gentleman up front was Very nice and informative helped me alot. Nails look good a little over shaped in my opinion, but nice. She said something about a two week mark so I hope there gonna last more than that for $60.

I went there to have my acrylic nails removed and then have my original nails manicured. The lady literally ripped the nails off my fingers with no soaking or filing and also ripped my own nails. It was extremely painful even when I said some thing she continued. I was almost in tears and almost stood up to walk out and should have. My manicure was also terrible. I’ll never go back there again. Traumatizing experience.

The first time I went, a woman did my pedicure. It looked so nice and she did a great job. She was very friendly! The second time, a man did my toes and he cut them diagonally and he got a lot of paint on my skin. I would say it’s hit or miss depending on who you get!

They were very good. My nails are straight cause they care here they dont look bulky. They very nice they offer drink and they let you take home a nail file and buffer for free. It does tf make a little longer than others but its cause they want to make sure your nails actually look good and right
