I’ve had the best experiences with this nail salon for the past year, until today! The lady that sets at the first chair did my medi /pedi today. I left feeling like a 12 yrs old painted my toes and fingers. She could not give me any attention for answering the phone, checking on the lady next to me or talking to the walk-ins. I’ll be back but will wait for T, Kim or someone else before I let her do my nails!!

Have been coming here 5-6 times in the last four months. 3 times they have taken over two hours just to do my nails because they have made us wait so long. I was here on Sunday and had an appointment at 4;30 with my great aunt. We got here at 4:10 and had to wait 30 min. Then the set her in a chair for her pedi and me in a chair for my Mani and left me sitting for 50 minutes before starting on my nails. I told them I needed to leave in 25 min and asked if they could do it in that amount of time and they said yes. 40 minutes later I was finally able to leave and my nails looked awful!!! The next day, the clear coat on top of started pealing off. I’m now back trying to get them to fix them. They didn’t apologize or offer me any kind of gift card or anything. They seem very irritated that I came back.

I love this salon and have been a regular for the past two years. They are very professional, detailed and engaging. I recommend them to everyone I know and will continue to see them. They can get busy at times but there are enough people there so the wait time is limited but it is worth it.
