Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI do not write a review if I do not feel that I have to. This place is really close to my house and I go there ONLY IF I DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION, but not anymore. Every time I get a really bad service, not respectful treatment, the dust is everywhere, not clean at all… and every time I think it is my last visit, and I always give them a chance after 6 mounts thinking that they will get better…. See the pictures below with my last night results for a no chip manicure. I mentioned that I`m wearing a red dress and asked what color should I chose. The lady asked me 3 times what I`m saying and then she put this one whit no other options saying that is good…. I just wanted to get out quickly and did not say anything paying $35. I can do a better job at home having all the tools, but wanted to save time… Not anymore. Please do not go there and get disappointed like me. In order to write a review I should chose a star. Not professional especially when I said first time here. Nails were uneven, paint job bad, asked for acrylic and they did gel. Even when he was doing it, I said that’s acrylic correct and he said oh yeah yeah yeah and I ended up paying for gel. Too much for poor work. I had these done on Sunday broke one of them off Tuesday night and came back Wednesday. I actually had to pay for them to fix it. Nails were uneven, paint job bad, asked for acrylic and they did gel. Even when he was doing it, I said that’s acrylic correct and he said oh yeah yeah yeah and I ended up paying for gel.
