I am new to the area, I thought I had found a nice clean welcoming salon. Well not there, as a nail tech I know a lot about running a salon. The owner was rude to me and told his employee to over charge me because I didn’t want him to do my nails. He works to fast and the last time they lifted in 2days. Then the young man that did my nails I had to tell him how to apply my acrylic. I was very disappointed and this was my 4th time coming to this salon. As time went on the service got worse! I will NEVER go back.

They aren’t the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. If you’re looking for in and out and something decent price, then come here. But pay attention. The person who did my fill-in left gaps in the acrylic (that he fixed) and the tops aren’t very smooth. He almost put the wrong nail color on twice and he didn’t get all of the old color off first. Plus, he constantly nicked and scratched my skin. Also, I’d give this place 2 for cleanliness. There was dust and old product everywhere. They should consider using disposable tools to avoid cross-contamination or clean everything often. And I would 100% say do not get anything waxed (it looked disgusting). Overall, these were fine for a last-minute simple option but don’t expect more than three star service.

Critical: PunctualityThe owner seems very good at her role and i had plenty of time to watch her skills….since I had to wait in pedicure bowl for another young lady to arrive since owner was busy. That is understood…..By this time I had to ask for warm water. Help arrived and her desire to be there was totally apparent by her actions…very lackluster and acted as if this not on her plans. LOL! I was in because I needed to–very badly :(… but this chick picked skin around my toes to the point of sheer PAIN-i decided to end this before I would not be able to wear shoes….lol totally waste of my money and time . Asked her to stop and polish them only…an expensive polish but you live and learn.
