Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueGod Awful. Mimi was my nail tech and she couldn’t understand English enough to understand what I was trying to say. First of all she didn’t agree with my choice of not using dip and she kept trying to say how dip is better. I refused it. Then I said I wanted a full set of long nails. Mimi cut some of my nails and left some of them long. She is not good with her tools as she cut me and made me bleed. She couldn’t even apologize when I told her. I tried to tell her how to make my nails even in length but she became argumentative and believed herself to be right. I could tell she only wanted to do what she wanted to do. God Awful. Mimi was my nail tech and she couldn’t understand English enough to understand what I was trying to say. First of all she didn’t agree with my choice of not using dip and she kept trying to say how dip is better. I refused it. Then I said I wanted a full set of long nails. Critical: QualityI walked in as soon as they opened and was seated first but I was serviced after 2 women who came in after me. I guess because they were regulars, but I still felt it was unfair since they didnt seem to have appointments. Not to mention the person who serviced me hadn’t even arrived yet so I had to wait for 10-15 minutes just for that. For my manicure I got a full set with dip powder & only 3 nails had SIMPLE designs.. it took 3.5 hours for those services which I thought was a bit long. The designs.came ok pretty decent, only having minor flaws. However, 5 of my nails have broken pretty badly since then and it’s only been 2 weeks. I suspect that the acrylic nail was placed incorrectly because 4 of the 5 nails broke at the meat and 2 of them bled profusely. I guess because they were regulars, but I still felt it was unfair since they didnt seem to have appointments. Unprofessional staff – I came in for a manicure and the nail tech cut the side of my finger. When it started to bleed she tried to cover it up so I couldn’t see it. She got upset when I told her I didn’t think the gel manicure was a good idea with the open sore on my finger and tried to still charge me $10 for the nail trim. No apology or anything. After reading the other reviews It seems like a few other people have gotten cut here too.
