Mandy is the best! I highly recommend this place, everyone here are friendly and professional. Fun place to get your nails done, I call this place “my happy place”. The manager always keep things moving, he make sure their clients are getting the best customer service. From the moment you walk in you can feel the positive vibes, I’ve been coming to this nail salon since open. They treat their clients like family. Come see this place you’ll never disappoint

Came her to get a fill and had the most wonderful experience with my artist, Mandy. She was incredibly kind and my nails came out perfectly. Thank you Mandy! **UPDATE: I returned here recently and was greeted by someone sucking in air though their teeth and staring at me without saying a word. Eventually someone came by to help, said Mandy was busy (totally fine!) and asked me to come back later (asked me to leave, not seat in the lobby with open chairs). When I said I’d be willing to switch artists, he demanded I leave the store and come back another time. They seemed to want positive first impression reviews with no care for when you come back. Overall it became a very strange, uncomfortable and socially awkward experience. I also work in the area and have received complaints from my customers about other nail artists than Mandy, one of my customers even ripped off her full set of nails, they were so bad. So be aware, Mandy is the saving grace of the salon. Other artists and the extremely awkward customer service have sadly turned me away from here now.

Mandy is fantastic! I had a not so good experience with another nail tech and she noticed that on my nails and fixed them to make them perfect. She’s also done my eyebrow waxing and pedicure and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left. With the prices I paid, I expected this to be a lasting, positive experience. However, I am extremely dissapointed. The same night as my mani and pedi, my dip nails began to peel.. I’ve never had that happen before! They did not remove the cuticles when they did the manicure and therefore, the shapes of the dip nails were bizarre. My gel polish on my toes also have chipped and fallen off. (I have not been in a pool, chemicals or handled detergent to cause any of these things to happen) I was stressed the whole time as I noticed these things but trying to avoid confrontation and trying to not be overly picky, I paid the $130 and left completely dissatisfied. I’m not sure if it was the fact I went in the early evening or because the attendant was nervous because the manager was walking around constantly observing what was happening (which I would have thought may have been a good thing) or if this was just a bad night for them but I don’t have the money to go back and find out. I don’t typically post reviews, especially for new businesses that may be figuring things out but for $150 and a stressed experience, I thought I should.
