I used to go to V nails every other week. This place is just ok. Their nails came out good sometimes, but not all the time. My nails kept lifting and they were all shaped unevenly. Honestly, go somewhere else to get better quality for less of a price V is charging. Acrylic nails

Let me start by saying I LOVE ELAINE & VINCENT AND THEIR STAFF!! I’ve been coming here for over 4 months now. I never had a complaint nor have I cried myself to sleep because I wasn’t happy with my nails which I’ve had done before.I had issues with for years now looking for a decent nail place ALL OVER FRANKLIN SQUARE. This has been the FIRST in forever that I found a decent friendly and accommodating nail location. I mostly call last minute because of my work schedule and she fits my girls sometimes even groups of (4) total. Without a hesitation and takes their time without making us feel rushed. They show passion in their work, great products that last me great amount of time, lastly is SUPER CLEAN & SIMPLY AWESOME! I don’t often write reviews but when it’s due I will definitely show my appreciation. Anyone who asks about my nails or complains about their nails I send them straight here!

I used to LOVE coming here…I really thought I found my go to nail salon. But ever since the younger girls left and they hired a new tech, it has been horrible. Last time I went the nail tech literally humiliated me. I showed him what I wanted, the color and everything. Usually when I do this the techs help me as best as they can to match my nails to my toes. He was rushing so much that I spent 10 mins getting a pedicure, he never gave me a massage with my manicure, and I noticed I was the only customer without a pillow given for my chair. But this tech seemed to have gotten confused. Instead of just double checking or owning the mistake, when I noticed and said something, he decided to raise his voice to me and go back and forth on what it is I am asking. I don’t know how that is customer service. He would not just move forward and help me fix it so Elaine got involved. She explains to me what the tech was saying, which was never the problem, and I explained my side. She then asks me what do I want to do, by that point I was in tears and just let him continue and that was that. When I went to pay I asked Elaine about the other techs, she stated they were on leave, I then asked if I could make an appt with her and she tells me that she only sees her regulars….

This is a brand new nail salon. New to the neighborhood. It is very very clean And modern. Comfortable chairs. Bright and sunny. Nail techs did a fabulous job. It is only open a few weeks but I will surely be a regular customer

Owner and girl that works there are very nasty. My nails didn’t even last a week and when I went back they didn’t want to fix it. Went to the new place across the street from them and have better service and hours! V nails will be gone soon if they keep up the bad customer service especially with this new place across the street that is so much better.

The owner Elaine is money hungry and has no regards for her customers feelings! My teenage daughter and I came in for a manicure and pedicure, we patiently waited our turn. Upon my daughter completing her pedicure she was sat at the tech”s seat by the tech ( Yuki) to begin her manicure. Two white girls came in and request pedicures, Elaine speaks to the tech Yuki in her Asian language and the tech scurries to begin the pedicures. I ask Elaine and Yuki why does my daughter have to wait again? Yuki looks at Elaine because she’s lost for words and Elaine continues with her customer seated in her chair as if to say “ how dare you question my authority “. Any level of discrimination/ racism is unacceptable! With new businesses opening all around this one they won’t be around very long! Good bye!
