Horrible experience! We have been coming here for a while, but the acrylic nails on my 15 yr old daughter were very messed up, prior to a wedding! We asked to fix it- waited 30 min and they spent 10 min cutting up her cuticles, told her we don’t have time to fix them all, you will be fine. Would not refund me! I pay well and tip well. Ridiculous!!!

Absolutely horrible. I almost wanted to stop him and ask him if I could just do it all myself because as a artist and perfectionist I could have easily. He sped through doing my nails. Cut the nail too short when I wanted longer, and I voiced that. I wanted coffin shape and stiletto for the pinky. They are all uneven. Extremely chunky and barely filed. Not to mention he was very aggressive with my nails and I had to pull away multiple times because it hurt. Will not be returning. 🙁

I got shellac acrylic nail for my mani. My fingertips hurt from the amount of filing she did. She filed so much on the sides that my real nail is showing next to the acrylic. I can see the streaks and unevenness in almost all my nails. The amount of money this cost should have been way better. Won’t be coming back here again. my nails hurt so bad and polish is so uneven

I brought in the girls I babysit on Oct. 16. We have never been here before but will never come back. We waited for over 30 minutes past our appointment time for techs to come do their nails. I just came here to share my absolute wonderful experience at VNails yesterday morning! I got dip on my nails and a shellac pedicure! I was getting my nails done and they asked if I was going to get a pedicure. I didn’t have much time because I had to get home, so they did my nails and toes at the same time! I was in and out in about and hour and my nails are perfect!!! I am always so impressed with VNails, but this was just another example of why they are the best in town! So friendly, accommodating and great work!

My nails turned out okay enough. Didn’t clean any of the extra dip powder off. Looks rushed, and didn’t file my nails or cut my cuticles. Drilled my cuticles off after putting dip powder on so my nails look somewhat “grown out” already.
