Made an appointment for a mani/pedi but life happened and we didn’t have time to do the pedi. They were rude and stopped taking to us- then the mani…. Chipping at the sides or peeling, not painted to the back of the nail, and lopsided filing. She hardly spoke one word to me together entire time. I’d recommend Westfield nails or four star in Fishers.

I walked in I was greeted by Jessica and Erica. Atmosphere was nice laid back even though I seem to relax my fingers lol! Ok, coming from someone who NEVER leaves reviews. They say walk ins welcome, but I was “greeted” by a really rude woman who didn’t even look at me and said “we don’t have time today”. They didn’t even have that many people in there and were open for 4 and a half more hours. With lots of other nail salons around, I will definately not be coming back.

Critical: ProfessionalismI came in at 543 pm and there were no clients and three technicians.. I asked for an eyebrow wax and was told no one had time for it. I asked if they were closing ir something and she said they take appointments till 7pm. ?? I guess they didn’t want my business. I would never go back. Horrible.
