Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI typically don’t complain and I’m not a confrontational person but not only did I not get what I asked for from the man working 1/18/2022, nails were cut so short I walked away with 5 paper cuts from file. It hurts to type for Job! I ask for rounded I still get square. Ask for pink get white. I will Never go back to this place. And I’m mad at myself for not making him make it right but another woman came in and I didn’t want to cause a scene. AND found out this place is more expensive than anyone around! Never again. I typically don’t complain and I’m not a confrontational person but not only did I not get what I asked for from the man working 1/18/2022, nails were cut so short I walked away with 5 paper cuts from file. It hurts to type for Job! I ask for rounded I still get square. Ask for pink get white. I will Never go back to this place. Critical: QualityThe lady that did my nails was very sweet and friendly but this place was outrageously expensive and the worst quality service I have ever had in my life and I do not recommend it to anyone she applied very thin coats of the powder to my nails and my nails broke off and I had to get them redone within a week. So please don’t waste your time and your hard earned money. She charged me $49.00 I almost fell under the table when she told me the total. The lady that did my nails was very sweet and friendly but this place was outrageously expensive and the worst quality service I have ever had in my life and I do not recommend it to anyone she applied very thin coats of the powder to my nails and my nails broke off and I had to get them redone within a week. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy niece and I have come here for over a month now, our initial full set and a fill every two weeks. We were thrilled with our first full set and our first fill. I had an issue with my nieces second fill; three nails popped off like a press on set would. When we brought this to their attention the man said he “doesn’t know” and he didn’t seem to care either. So I proceeded to go ahead with our third fill and was charged for the nails that came off and both of our sets are unsatisfactory. It seems as though they do not want repeat customers, I have never been so dissatisfied with as set of nails as the ones we have. My nails and my nieces nails are un even, and mis shaped. The gel polish even looks like the woman went out of her way to paint our nails with a dry polish brush and our polish has lines in it. Every time I would ask about something he would give us a nonchalant attitude, and then they would proceed to speak to each other in another language. Every time I spoke it seemed our nails got worse and worse. This is unacceptable, I will not be returning due to unprofessionalism and a lack of concern to customers who have returned to conduct business with this establishment. My niece and I have come here for over a month now, our initial full set and a fill every two weeks. We were thrilled with our first full set and our first fill. I had an issue with my nieces second fill; three nails popped off like a press on set would. When we brought this to their attention the man said he “doesn’t know” and he didn’t seem to care either. Critical: QualitySo I got a pedicure and she dug out the sides of my big toes and ripped the little pieces of nail off.. well a few hours after one of my big toes is super swelled and in a lot of pain. It hurts to just put pressure on it the whole side is swelled and red and the nail hurts as well. I think it’s already infected .
