V Nails

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have had my nail license since 1998. I have been wearing acrylics for 28 years… Never in my entire life have I have I experienced what I experienced at V nails… They’re not on time. Nobody can understand your English & they have cut me all 3 times I have gone. For example the 2nd time I went I asked the lady at least 10 × 2 cut my nails down. She said yes and just kept going without cutting my nails down. Then she cut me pretty bad.My 3rd time going was last night. I have severe eczema on my hands only. I’ve had it for over 20 years. It’s attacked my nail beds where I don’t have any more cuticles… Last night I got my pedicure done 1st and then as I went to go get my gel set fill done. ( 3 weeks prior went to V nails and got a brand new gel full set put on.)The lady tells me she could not do my nails because I have nail fungus on 2 of my nails. I explained to the lady that’s not nail fungus that’s eczema. She said “yes but I can’t do your nails because of the nail fungus and your nails puffy. Puffy?! I then explained I was here 3 weeks ago and got this brand new gel full set put on. She tells me no I did not, it had to have been somewhere else. Really?! So now she’s telling me I’m lying?!? She’s also Not understanding what I’m telling her about my eczema. She just kept ya huh and then telling me no.Then proceeds to tell me the owner said no. I asked to speak to the owner and she said the owner’s not there. Huh?So because they cannot understand English, they refused to do my nails because of my eczema. Calling my eczema, nail fungus. I was completely and utterly humiliated. Never in my entire life has this happened anywhere at any nail salon ever!! Not to mention I’ve had eczema over 20 years. Also I have my nail license. But because they could not understand English, They refused to do the fill on my full set of gels calling my eczema nail fungus.She did not understand my English or what I was saying that’s a problem. I have had my nail license since 1998. I have been wearing acrylics for 28 years… Never in my entire life have I have I experienced what I experienced at V nails… They’re not on time. Critical: QualityIt was a wait of time. Made an appointment and wasn’t able to be seen for over 30 mins. They didn’t clean out my toe nail I told the lady she still neglected to do so and kept painting. If you do go make sure you get the owner or the only Spanish lady at least they will do the job right the first time. It was a wait of time. Made an appointment and wasn’t able to be seen for over 30 mins. They didn’t clean out my toe nail I told the lady she still neglected to do so and kept painting. If you do go make sure you get the owner or the only Spanish lady at least they will do the job right the first time. They should pay you to get your nails to be done

Next thing was I asked the lady (June) for a lighter pink version for my fingernails. She then started shaking her head and speaking in her language to others in the shop without explaining to me what was being said. Very rude. At the end, without explaining next steps, she told me to get up and go to the front because she needed the seat for another client. I’m not 1 to call the race card, but I felt that I was treated very poorly for no good reason. Please respect and treat everyone with great care. To top it off, next day my polish starts stripping and there’s a gap between my skin and where the polish begins. Next thing was I asked the lady (June) for a lighter pink version for my fingernails.
