I’ve went to them before and was a returning customer until today. I went to get a pedicure and waited an hour. They do not disinfect between customers. They did not clean the foot spa and just put plastic over it. There was nail clippings on the seat and I told her it wasn’t clean, she just wiped it with her hands. I asked her does she use disinfectant spray between clients and she said no. I then told her that’s ok and she walked away.

Went in for a pedicure and fill in nails. After the pedicure had been started, she came to look at my nails. Went to call manager on the phone and came back to say that none of the 4 stylist did not know how to fill in with pink and white. Waste of my time.

Service was stretched super thin. They start on pedicure so you if you want to leave you can’t. They will not tell beforehand how long the wait will be. They allow too many people in the shop to get service and they do not have enough staff to help the customers. I spent 3 hours for a pedicure and manicure. By the way, it’s too many children in the shop sitting in the pedicure chairs and they are not getting a service provided. Trash full and running over by the hand wash sink. Candy and gum wrappers in the pedicure chairs… Never again.
