I was skeptical with all of the negative posts here. My experience with V Nails was good and I am pretty picky being a nail salon veteran for 30+ years. They did a great job with my gel mani and pedi. They asked me what I wanted and they did just that. The prices are fair, the place is up to date and clean. I watched them sanitize supplies. I have no complaints and I will return.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever visited! Just moved to the area. It should have been a sign to me that another customer coming in after me got in a verbal argument with the lady in the last chair and left without a service but I was minding my business. First of all the manager / head lady is suuuper rude! She’s the one who did my full set of acrylic with dip powder. Every nail was crooked because she glued the tips on crooked. I pick out a ombré pink tip with natural clear at the base. There was zero pink on these nails anywhere when I left. The whole nail was just clear! After the other lady stormed out she informed me it was $65 and I was like ‘that’s fine.’ (Thinking I would be leaving with half decent nails but nooo) these were so bumpy it was worse than I could have just done myself with a Sally’s kit! The pedi from the young girl was decent I feel bad she works there under that horrible manager / owner. I’ve honestly never left a nail shop and hated my nails worse than when I walked in but I did! I’m also not one to write reviews but when you treat customers this way the public deserves to know! Worst nail salon ever!!!!!! Save your $100 for a business that cares! These folks don’t! I’ll never be back and to save someone else the stress, I decided to finally write a review!

By far the worst experience. I called ahead of time to make sure they had liquid gel to do my full set. Got there and she attempted to put acrylic powder on my nails. Once she did the set it was lumpy and not smooth whatsoever. Then when I got my pedicure, She never asked what kind of pedi I wanted. I asked her if I could soak for a few minutes and she didn’t allow me to soak and relax for a second. She then scrubbed my foot so hard that it bled. It was cut open to the point where It burned to put my foot back in the water. I couldn’t walk on my right foot comfortably until a week later. The scab kept being scraped off by my closed toe shoes so I had to wear flip flops for that period of time. As cold as it been, but I had no choice. My last straw was me finding blood in my shoe from the scab. There was a literal hole in my skin as it was trying to heal. I spent almost $100 for this. She kept changing the price and complaining that most nail places don’t use liquid gel. I said I could go somewhere else if they didn’t provide that service but she insisted that she could do it. TODAY a week later my nail broke in half just as I was adjusting my dress. I will never EVER come there again. I only paid for it because I knew they’d call the cops stating that I got a service that I’m refusing to pay for. My hope is that someone sees this as a real warning. I really hope they get shut down. I should’ve took the advice of the other bad reviews. Don’t let this be you. This place is trash. Almost $100 down the drain.

Update: The quality here has severely declined since my initial 4 star review below. The last time 2 times I was here, the staff seemed distracted and were not particularly friendly. My final service with them – a dip set – came out clunky and didn’t look professionally executed. I have not been back. Updated to 2 stars with hopes they reclaim their former level of service.

I have been a customer for 10+ years. I am a perfectionist and the young woman, Judy is just like me! I always leave happy. I see some language issues at times due to frustration on customers and employees interaction. This can be overcome by remaining calm. I have never seen the severe problems the other review stated, EVER. I will be a customer as long as Judy is there. Love her nail work! Sally is the best on a pedicure as well. I do not use anyone else.

The facility has no frills, but it’s clean. I have been going there about 6 months and my gel nails and pedicure last at least three weeks. And im tough on my nails! This is Much longer than some of the premium salons which I have visited.

Well, I have mixed feelings about my visit here. For one, I waited over an hour to get a full set of nails. The lady who did my nails was very hard to understand because she was wearing a face mask, so that was a bit confusing. She did well on my nails, though, that is the only reason I am giving three stars. Even though I booked an appointment, I was not given priority and felt I was not treated the best. Also, I was mildly annoyed by the fact that they played the same Taylor Swift CD on repeat for the two and a half hours that I was there. Maybe that’s a bit petty, but I was already annoyed with the service to begin with and was trying to hide it for fear that they would mess up my nails on purpose. Would not recommend this establishment and likely will not be back.

As a regular customer who comes to get my feet done here, I’ve decided to bring my Sister-in-law today visiting from NJ who was leaving at 4pm. She wanted a gel manicure, I am making this clear “PRICE WASN’T THE ISSUE” but the lady who was servicing her was OK, then she was rushed by this lady on table 1. I don’t know what the real issue was, but I wanted to know why the other lady was rushing her to finished up with my sis-in-law. The other lady was trying to forced my sister-in-law to get a manicure, but what she only wanted was the Gel manicure. While wrapping things up for her to leave, after my sis-in-law washed her hands, she came back asking for lotion, the lady literally said if she has to give her lotion, she have to charge her $30 altogether. Ridiculous! They just lost me as a customer, I was completely embarrassed by this lady’s actions towards my sister-in-law, the arguing, the disrespect. NEVER AGAIN, & I WILL SPEAK TO THE OWNER about this very soon.
